Every year the deadlines for submitting Erasmus applications to study at the Catholic University in Ruzomberok are:
:: 30th May for Winter Semester
:: 30th November for Summer Semester
Please, note that we do not accept applications received after these dates.
Documents required to be submitted in order to become an Erasmus Student at the Catholic University in Ružomberok:
- Application Form of the Catholic University - typed, printed and signed by your Erasmus coordinator (handwritten forms will not be accepted)
- Learning Agreement
- a photocopy of passport or ID Card
- a photocopy of European Health Insurance Card
- 2 colour passport photographs: 1 glued on the Application form, 1 with the applicant´s name on the reverse of the photograph
- a digital colour photograph in JPG format (300x360 pixel) sent to:

Students of Nursing are obliged to submit: a confirmation about being vaccinated and a copy of Occupational Safety and Health Protection Certificate, as well.

Health insurance
There is no health insurance coverage provided for students by either the clinical facilities or the Catholic University in Ružomberok. Students are expected to be personally responsible for treatment needed due to accidental injury or health risks. Students are strongly advised to purchase personal health insurance.
Please, note that
the beginning of Winter Semester 2013/2014
for Incoming Erasmus Students
is planned
on 9th September 2013
one week before the official beginning of Teaching period of Winter Semester (academic calendar). This week is a Preparatory Week during which all the important information for Incoming Erasmus Students will be provided. That is why it is highly recommended to take part in it. A special course of Slovak language for Erasmus Students also starts on 9 th September 2013 (more info about this course) .
