Our Message of Internationalization
At the Catholic University in Ružomberok, we regard internationalization as an integral part of high-quality higher education and scientific research. In today’s dynamic and globalized environment, we strive to ensure that our students and staff have the opportunity to develop the competencies necessary for successful engagement in an international context—one that transcends the boundaries of a single country, a single language, or a single culture.
Our Ambition
Our ambition is to shape a university that is open to the world while at the same time preserving its own identity and value framework. We perceive internationalization not only as an opportunity to participate in study or work placements abroad, but above all as a daily process—a systematic effort to create a multicultural academic environment in which diverse traditions, experiences, and perspectives meet and mutually enrich one another.
Our Commitment to Partnerships
We actively build and strengthen partnerships with universities and research institutions both at home and abroad, engage in joint research projects, and bring new knowledge and inspiration into our community. Our goal is to gradually integrate the international dimension into all areas of academic life—from teaching and research, through language and cultural programs, to participation in global networks and initiatives.
