The department guarantees   the   study of specialization „Emergency healthcare“ on bachelor level. By graduating this study program a student obtains adequate theoretical knowledge and practical skills based on which he will be able within the healthcare system to organize and provide the immediate pre-hospital care in cricital state and perform life-saving activities which result from professional competencies for medical rescue profession. 

Based on achieved professional knowledge and practical skills the graduate can promptly react, systematically act and he/she knows legal liability related to profession performance. In extremely critical situations the graduate can provide immediately the adequate rescue help and prior-to-medical first help, including particular specific interventions. The medical rescuer can individually, under doctor’s supervision or based on doctor’s recommendation, perform independent practice within the valid legislative regulations.
