    Active and passive participants, students free of charge.

    Please send abstracts of contributions or contributions prepared according to the attached template to the email address: maria.novysedlakova@ku.sk by November 17, 2024. A collection of abstracts will be published from the conference in Slovak and English. Selected contributions containing original research results or surveys will be proposed for publication in the scientific-reviewed journal "Health Studies" of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Catholic University in Ružomberok and in the scientific-reviewed, indexed online journal Prohuman after reviews.

    GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS OF CONTRIBUTIONS

    A/ The main text of the contribution, tables, and graphic attachments (graphs, image documentation) should be sent in electronic form no later than November 17, 2024.
    B/ The file should be named: surname_title_of_contribution.doc (without diacritics)
    C/ When writing the contribution, please adhere to a consistent page format:

    • MS WORD text editor
    • Length – max. 10 pages, margin setting 2.5 cm, justified alignment
    • Font type: Times New Roman, black font colour, line spacing: multiples of 1.2
    • Title (Slovak, Czech, Polish): 14-point font, bold, centered alignment
    • Subtitle - English translation of the title: 12-point font, bold, centered alignment
    • Author's Name and Surname (co-authors): 12-point bold font, justified alignment
    • Affiliation (university, school, other, city): 12-point normal font, justified alignment
    • Summary - Abstract: 12-point normal font, length of 5-10 lines
    • Keywords: 12-point normal font
    • Text of the Contribution: 12-point normal font
    • At the end, provide the contact information of the first author: 12-point normal font
      • 1,800 characters per page, including spaces
      • Do not hyphenate words manually at the end of a line
      • Do not indent the first line, do not align margins, do not end a line with the Enter key
      • Use the Enter key only at the end of paragraphs
      • Figured must not exceed the page settings, must be consecutively numbered with Arabic numerals and titles, and must have a reference in the text; font size: 10 pt, labeled as Figure 1 or Fig. 1 - above the table
      • Images are labeled as Image 1 or Img. 1, written below the image on the left. Graphs are described the same way as images
      • Photographs may be in colour with a resolution higher than 300 dpi
      • Do not use abbreviations without further explanation in the text, distinguish between the numbers 1.0 and the letters l, O; use only round brackets ( ), square brackets are reserved for citation numbering
