On Wednesday, September 14, 2022, a new didactic classroom was opened at the Faculty of Arts and Letters, Catholic University in Ruzomberok. The classroom is located on the fourth floor and it is intended primarily for our students of teacher-training programs, future teachers. Thanks to the modern equipment, students will learn the basics of working with an interactive whiteboard and they will have a chance to try out microteaching, which represents a proxy stage between the theoretical and practical training of future teachers. In microteaching, students can practice different teaching methods in short outputs (micro-outputs), which they record and then analyze. Our faculty responded in this way to the requests of our students and opened a didactic classroom with the aim of increasing the students' readiness for practice at actual schools.
