The Department of Philosophy hosted guest lecture by Pavol Labuda on March 14, 2024 as part of the Privatissimum Doctoral Seminar Series. Pavol Labuda is a member of the Department of Philosophy at the Faculty of Arts, Palacký University in Olomouc. Pavol Labuda gave a lecture for members of the Department of Philosophy, PhD students and students on the topic "Why the truth of statements about the number of organs of the human body changes, if neither the body nor our understanding of organs changes?"

The lecture provoked an interesting discussion and strengthened the academic cooperation between the departments, represented by several academic mobility between the philosophy departments in Ružomberok and Olomouc.
