The project focuses on supporting the intercultural and language competencies of university staff through courses and services aimed at preventing cultural misunderstandings. It also includes the systematic integration of international researchers and academics by engaging them in the EURAXESS network. Emphasis is also placed on improving the language skills of staff who communicate with international students.
