Abstrakt/ Abstract: The aim of the contribution was to specify a life story and to analyze its individual periods of life of a person in senior age by description. We have found that these breakthrough moments are critical points in the life of a person in senior age. The result is useful findings that prepare different types of programs for managing individual periods in a person´s life.
