Abstract: The contribution is focused on the issue of movement in human life, as its natural part. It specifically focuses on the use of movement and movement activities in patients with Parkinson's disease. It presents research studies from abroad focused on the use of dance as a non-pharmacological therapy in supporting the overall wellbeing of patients with Parkinson's disease.
