    Abstrakt/ Abstract: The above article pays attention to the personality of Carl R. Rogers and his human-centered approach. It is an approach that can be used in any relationship to help an effective communication or conflict resolution. We will present  basic characteristics of the approach and in the conclusion of the article, we will describe  possible application of a person-centered approach in leadership in schools, specifically, by the school Principal.
