Abstrakt/ Abstract: Healthcare represents a sector where growing competition, increasing demand for healthcare services, growing patient demands and significant developments in medical science make management increasingly challenging and complex. However, the optimal management model does not yet exist. However, it seems indisputable that one of the ways is the creation of a strategy and an increase in the level of strategic management of individual health facilities. Only a well-crafted strategy and its implementation, which is the result of a set of key decisions of a strategic nature, can succeed in a demanding competitive environment.
