Abstract: This article provides a comprehensive understanding of the concept of cultural intelligence (CQ) by defining it, illustrating its underlying theories, and exploring its meaning in cross-cultural settings. The article also discusses how cultural intelligence enables individuals to navigate effectively in different cultural contexts, highlighting the importance of its cognitive, motivational, and behavioral aspects.
