Abstrakt/ Abstract: The submitted entry describes the position of a special education teacher in individual principles and decrees followed up according to their time sequence. It also describes qualification premises for the implementation of the position of special education teacher with the intent of various principles and decrees. Information about the activity of the special education teacher at schools and school facilities are supplementing this issue.
