Abstrakt/Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a revolutionary tool that is capable of generating text, information, images, and music on demand. It is becoming increasingly difficult to distinguish who is the actual author of a work when AI contributes to the creation of content. The ideas presented in Martin Heidegger's canonical text as well as Roland Barthes' theory of authorship are used to place the question of authorship in a broader context. These authors are important for understanding the overall concept of authorship and establishing a theoretical framework. This theoretical paper explores how these developments affect the traditional notion of authorship, which may lead to new legal and ethical dilemmas. The intention is to provide insight into the evolution of the concept of authorship due to the use of artificial intelligence in the context of contemporary scholarly discourse.
