    Abstract: The paper presented study approaches the issues, determinants and different typologies od the teacher ́s interaction style at a secondary vocational school. Due to the fact that self-evaluation is the basic manifestation of a teacher ́s self-reflection competence, the study brings the results of a survey, where the goal was to analyse the interaction style of a secondary vocational school teacher with a comparison of the results of the self- evaluation of one ́s own interaction style with the evaluation of the teacher by the students.
