Abstrakt/ Abstract: Project UP! The art of Help offers social workers space to eliminate exhaustion from work assignments in the social sphere, through music and education. During the application of receptionist music techniques, an accent is placed on the development of participants and anchoring the surviving musical experiences in the drawing. In the interpretation of experiences through drawing and conversation, there is a connection between artistic depiction and reciprocal of a musical work, accentuating creative approaches. In the educational field, planes are supported, which lead the participants to master the mechanisms causing their exhaustion.
