    Abstrakt/ Abstract: The paper is focused on the personality of the Slovak composer and organist Štefan Németh-Šamorínsky and his solo organ work, which consists of 5 compositions. The contribution will approach the composer's life and especially his organ work, while the selection of compositions and their subsequent analysis will characterize his musical language. The aim of this post is to introduce the public to an important Slovak author who was also organist at the Cathedral of St. Martin in Bratislava, which greatly influenced his compositions.
