Abstrakt/ Abstract: The paper elaborates the theoretical paradigm of the breakthrough thesis in action art, specifically in the developmental period of the adult and the elderly. It differentiates the divergence in the perception of the turning point in terms of different attributes in relation to the life path of the adult and the senior. It presents different possibilities and limits to work with the thesis of the turning point, which may also influence action-oriented work within art-planners.
