Abstrakt/ Abstract: Catholic priest and canon Anderj Cvinček expect of his political commitment make on one important assignment, who is forgotten. The Apostolic Administrator of Trnava Bishop Pavol Jantausch chose him and appointed to the top of Administration the sacral proprieties Dr. Pavol Jantuasch. Under this administration belong some properties of Diocese Rozňava, too. And this work caused trouble with diocese Bishop Michal Bubnič. Andrej Cvinček was a Member of Parliament, member of different societies and journalist, too. By personal request of bishop Jantausch was Andrej Cvinček designed as the Apostolic protonotary.
