Abstrakt/ Abstract: In this study, the authors present the Museum in Kežmarok from the time of the first efforts to establish it to the present. We also present his extensive collection fund. Using historical facts and a descriptive method, they describe the path to the establishment of the museum in the years 1926-1931, the years after its establishment and during the war and post-war period and major reconstructions of the museum, and in the end they provide an analysis of the collection fund of the Museum in Kežmarok.
