Abstrakt/ Abstract: In this paper, we deal with the connections between the traditional folk technique of blueprinting in the context of creative approaches and procedures in art education. Initiating students into traditional techniques and returning to traditional folk techniques in a historical context has a deeper Meaning. Due to the influence of globalization and also historical and social aspects, the need for cultural identity is disappearing from everyday life. Artistic/action creation allows, in a special/unique way, based on recycling, the rediscovery, or rather finding of the Meaning and applicability of traditional techniques for the present time, which can be used and also applied in pedagogical practice.
