Abstrakt/ Abstract: The article examines the importance and extent of integrating electromobility into economic education as part of the transformation towards sustainable transport. The aim of the research was to analyse how selected students of the Faculty of Business Management at the Bratislava University of Economics and Business perceive the importance of electromobility, its economic implications, and its potential for the development of entrepreneurial and analytical skills. The empirical part of the study was based on a quantitative questionnaire survey conducted electronically, using a five-point Likert scale, on a sample of 145 students. The questionnaire items mapped eight areas: perception of the economic importance of electromobility, subjective awareness, the need for content integration into education, the relationship to sustainable development, the impact on the attractiveness of study, entrepreneurial potential, understanding of economic impacts, and benefits for analytical and critical thinking. The analysis of the results confirmed a generally positive perception of electromobility as a promising element of modern economics education, while also highlighting the need for a more systematic incorporation of this topic into the study. The findings further support the systematic and interdisciplinary integration of electromobility into economics education, with an emphasis on linking theoretical knowledge with practical experience, developing analytical skills, and strengthening collaboration with industrial practice.
