Objectives and Data: The aim of this article is to examine how integrated teamwork and holistic models of care affect patient satisfaction and quality of life in the care of patients in the terminal stage of life, and to objectively assess the effectiveness of these interventions using quality of life measurement tools. This text, intended for a scientific conference for doctoral students, emphasizes the connection between scientific knowledge and its application, the promotion of cooperation between different disciplines, and adherence to ethical principles in scientific work. The research questions posed in this article focus on identifying variables that influence patients' overall satisfaction with life, assessing effective practices, and examining the importance of collaboration between different specialties in palliative care.

Collaboration between various specialists, such as doctors, nurses, psychologists, social workers, and clergy, is essential for providing comprehensive care. The text also provides an overview of tools used to assess the overall quality of life of hospice patients and identifies areas for future research and clinical practice.
Conclusion: The results confirm that comprehensive and coordinated care is a key factor in improving the quality of life of hospice patients. An interdisciplinary approach, ethical principles, and a holistic view of the patient are the basis for effective palliative care. The study also points to the need for further research and innovation in clinical practice in this area.
