Abstrakt/ Abstract: The text focuses on analysing the approaches of primary school teachers to implementing environmental topics in art education. It presents the results of research conducted through semi-structured interviews with several teachers from the Czech Republic. Strategies, methods, and didactic procedures for incorporating environmental content into art education are presented, including a reflection on pedagogical approaches in the context of the theoretical framework of environmental and art education.

Text představuje výsledky výzkumného projektu Analýza přístupů pedagogů prvního stupně ZŠ v rámci implementace environmentálních témat do výtvarné výchovy, realizovaného v roce 2025 na Katedře výtvarné kultury Pedagogické fakulty Univerzity J. E. Purkyně v Ústí nad Labem (ČR). Projekt číslo UJEP-SGS-2025-43-001-1 byl podpořen grantem v rámci studentské grantové soutěže na UJEP a je součástí dizertační práce jedné z autorek textu.
This paper presents the results of the research project Analysis of Primary School Teachers’ Approaches to the Implementation of Environmental Topics in Art Education, carried out in 2025 at the Department of Art Culture, Faculty of Education, Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic. Project No. UJEP-SGS-2025-43-001-1 was supported by a grant awarded within the Student Grant Competition at UJEP and is part of the doctoral thesis of one of the authors of this paper.
