Abstrakt/ Abstract: The article focuses on the personality and work of the contemporary Hungarian composer, conductor and violinist – András Derecskei, who enriches the repertoire of performers with works full of color, harmonic diversity, unusual structures, but also elements of simplicity. It analyzes three etudes of the composer from the point of view of construction, structure, dynamics and several other temporal and spatial elements of musical language.
