Abstrakt/ Abstract: In today’s global environment, organizations are under increasing pressure to diversify their workforce. Implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives requires considerable effort, as these processes affect all structures within the organizational environment. Successful organizations gain a competitive advantage—not only by attracting diverse talent and motivating existing employees, but also by communicating externally with stakeholders who are themselves diverse and can identify with an inclusive workforce. Equity and equality are two fundamental concepts associated with ethical principles. However, in the context of including neurodivergent individuals, managers may face conflicts in decision-making. Equality presupposes treating everyone the same, while equity represents an approach that takes into account individual needs, which neuroinclusion requires. At the same time, unconscious biases can influence managerial decision-making and distort ethical judgment. The aim of this paper is to define the challenges managers may encounter when applying the principles of equity and equality in the inclusion of neurodivergent individuals, and to explore how unconscious biases can affect their ethical decision-making in managing inclusion processes.
