Abstrakt/ Abstract: The article analyzes the significance of empathy in the process of educating and supporting neurodivergent students, including individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental challenges. Contemporary inclusive pedagogy increasingly emphasizes the need to shift perspectives—from a didactic model focused on the “normalization” of students to an approach centered on empathetic support and the adaptation of the educational environment. Theoretical background on the concept of neurodiversity, the role of empathy in teachers’ work, and practical educational strategies are discussed. A literature review and a case study analysis were applied. The findings indicate that empathy constitutes the foundation of ethical and effective education.
