    Abstrakt/ Abstract: The teaching practice constitutes an inseparable component and also a key determinant in relation to the trend of professionalization and the overall quality of preparation of teacher to be. Not just thanks to teaching practice are the future teachers preparing professionally and methodically but they are acquiring necessary pedagogical skills in the controlled pedagogical reality. It is common in the practice that many student of teaching (profession) due to the lack of interest, underestimation, fear or other reasons, do not approach to the implementation of teaching practice responsibly and honestly. From this point of view, an innovative model of teaching practice was designed with the aim to improve the quality of preparation of future teachers simultaneously and equip them with pedagogical skills that are going to be necessary for fulfilling the increasing demands of their future profession. At the same time, the presented study highlights the need to implement the innovative models of teaching practice, because of the reason that the innovative tendencies cannot be overestimated for increase in efficiency of professional education of the future teachers in today’s knowledge-based society.
