Abstrakt/ Abstract: The differentiation of methods in adult education represents one of the current topics in andragogical research, reflecting the need for individualization and personalization of learning in the context of dynamic social and technological changes. The diversity of the adult population in terms of experience, motivation, and educational needs creates a demand for flexible methodological approaches capable of responding to individual learning conditions. In international discourse, differentiation is associated with the principles of self-directed learning, the use of digital tools, and adaptive strategies that support more effective knowledge acquisition. In the Slovak context, it is an area that is gradually developing and requires more systematic theoretical and empirical elaboration.
